Handful of parsley
2 cucumbers, peeled
2 stalks celery
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
2 kale leaves or a handful of spinach
Small handful lettuce
1 beet (optional for sugar)

Directions

Juice together, alternating between the hard and soft vegetables.
For sweeter juice, add a few oranges.
