The 7 Chakras are areas in our body that we call energy centers. These energy centers are spaces through which energy flows. When energy is blocked in the Chakras, this can lead to illness both physically and emotionally. That is why it’s important to understand what each Chakra represents. In this three-week series we want you to explore where each Chakra is, what it represents, and how you can take the issues associated with that Chakra and unlock that blocked energy. We hope that with this knowledge you may find a balanced, beautiful life.
You can begin to explore your chakras this week by journaling about areas in your life you’d like to work on. Perhaps you’ve been feeling like you can’t speak up at work? Or maybe you have been feeling torn between spending quality time with your friends when you are busy taking care of the kids. Any area we feel a disconnect or discomfort resonates with an area in the body that corresponds with a specific chakra. By bringing light to these situations you can begin to tune in to those chakras that need the most attention.
