Challenge: Opt for fruits and veggies in place of packaged items when reaching for a snack. Better yet? Make half of your plate fruits and veggies at mealtime. If you’re still hungry for a second helping at lunch and dinner stick to the challenge and have seconds of fruits and vegetables only! Remember, the greener it is the leaner it is and better for you!

Fresh Tip: Store prepared fruits and vegetables in glass containers at eyelevel in the fridge. Seeing those beautiful foods first will make healthy eating a no-brainer! Trying to cut back on your intake at dinnertime? Make vegetables the only option for seconds at the table.
