Your first challenge in the 2-week long challenge to Get Fresh is to GET HYDRATED!
Challenge: Carry a reusable water bottle with you everywhere you go. And don’t be afraid to refill it in sinks, drinking fountains and wherever else the well flows. Follow the 8x8 rule! Your goal is 8, 8oz glasses of water daily. The standard Nalgene water bottle holds 32oz, fill it up twice and you’ve met your goal. Exercising during the day? Double that number!
Fresh Tip: Flavor your water naturally with organic cucumbers, lemons, limes, or fruit. Add one of these ingredients to your ice cube tray for flavored ice!
