Many people have asked why I didn't put specific product recommendations in Sara Snow's Fresh Living, but the answer is simple. I didn't want it to seem like I had written the book to pitch products. I wanted to deliver honest, easy to swallow information and not have it mucked up by appearing to be a commercial for anyone or anything.
