2 1/2 cups old fashioned organic quick oats
1/2 cup ground flax seed
1/4 cup organic dark cocoa powder (or slightly less)
1/2 teaspoon spirulina (blue green algae powder, found in the vitamin section)
1/2 cup honey
1/2 – 1 cup HOT water
1/2 cup natural peanut butter


Stir together the dry ingredients (oats through spirulina) until well mix. Add in the honey and hot water and stir well. Add in the peanut butter and turn until well blended.
Form into individual sized patties, like hamburgers.
Place in wax paper bags or plastic wrap and keep in freezer or fridge.
