A few years ago I visited a grand Victorian castle called Mohonk Mountain House in New York's spectacular Hudson Valley to shoot a segment for Get Fresh with Sara Snow. Mohonk Mountain House is set on 2,200 acres in New Paltz, New York (just 90 miles north of New York City).  I was there to learn about guided meditation from Nina Smiley and to visit their brand new spa – something I highly recommend!
